STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS
Foundations: Screw pile foundation, concrete post foundations or raft slab foundation.
Windows and doors: Energy rated PVC or aluminium framed windows and doors.
Wall Insulation: Walls are comprised of 100mm mineral wool insulation with 25mm rigid high-density insulation.
Floor & Ceiling Insulation: Floor is made up of 100mm rigid high-density insulation with the roof having 100mm mineral wool insulation with 50mm rigid high-density insulation.
Air tightness: Building is wrapped in an air tightness barrier with two passive vents installed. This ensures your building preforms to the highest standards and drastically reduces the heating bills.
Floor: Hard waring laminate wood flooring.
Ceiling and Walls: Tape and jointed finish.
Roof: Fiberglass roof system or rubber roof system.
External Cladding: Timber cladding is either cedar or Siberian larch. Metal cladding is a black/zinc standing seem metal cladding system.
